Fudgy Brownie Cookies

Brownie Cookies are chewy, fudgy, and packed with rich chocolate flavor. Made with brownie mix, they come together fast—perfect for quick treats or chocolate cravings.

  • 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the brownie mix and flour.
  3. Add eggs and vegetable oil to the mixture; mix until a thick dough forms.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
  7. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Do not overbake—the cookies should remain soft in the center.
  • Try adding nuts or using different types of chocolate chips.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
