- 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the brownie mix and flour.
- Add eggs and vegetable oil to the mixture; mix until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Do not overbake—the cookies should remain soft in the center.
