Fruit Custard Biscuit Dessert

A delightful and easy-to-make dessert that combines the creaminess of custard with the crunch of biscuits and fresh fruits.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed fruits (banana, apple, and grapes)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons custard powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 packet of Marie biscuits

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk and slowly add the custard powder mixed with a little milk.
  2. Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract, then let it cook until it thickens.
  3. Allow the custard to cool.
  4. In a serving bowl, layer the biscuits and then pour the custard over them.
  5. Add the mixed fruits on top.
  6. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to use your favorite fruits.
  • For an extra crunch, add some nuts on top.
