A bold and spicy appetizer combining creamy shrimp filling with zesty Cajun flavors, stuffed into jalapeños and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

– 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup cooked shrimp (finely chopped)
– 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
– 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
– 2 tbsp melted butter (optional)
– 12 large jalapeños (halved and seeds removed)
– Fresh parsley or green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine cream cheese, cheddar, shrimp, and seasonings in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
3. Fill jalapeño halves with the mixture and smooth tops.
4. Optional: Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
6. Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve warm.
