Easy Queso Taco Rice

A delightful recipe combining the flavors of queso and taco seasoning with rice for a comforting meal.

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup queso cheese sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain fat and add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes to the beef, simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, beef mixture, queso cheese sauce, and black beans.
