This easy lasagna recipe combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delicious twist on a classic dish.

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 pound turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 pound chicken ham, diced
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 4 noodles, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, half of the turkey bacon, half of the chicken ham, and a layer of marinara sauce.
  6. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles topped with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for added nutrition.
  • If you prefer a vegetarian option, replace meats with extra vegetables or plant-based alternatives.
