Easy Crock Pot Shrimp Boil

A delicious and simple recipe for a shrimp boil made in a crock pot, with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups baby potatoes
  • 4 ears corn, cut into halves
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. In a crock pot, combine water and Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Add the potatoes and cook on high for 2 hours.
  3. Add the corn and turkey bacon, and cook for another hour.
  4. Finally, add the shrimp, chicken ham, and lemon wedges, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

Notes

  • Adjust the cooking time based on the size of your shrimp.
  • Substitute shrimp with other seafood if desired.
