- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in sour cream.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth with a spatula.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Top with sliced strawberries and blueberries before serving.
