  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped dill pickles, cooked turkey bacon, diced red onion, mayonnaise, pickle juice, and garlic powder.
  3. Drain and rinse the pasta, then add it to the bowl with the other ingredients.
  4. Mix everything until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
