1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups beef broth
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions
In a bowl, mix ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Form the mixture into small meatballs.
Place the meatballs in the crockpot.
Pour the beef broth over the meatballs.
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and flour. Stir into the crockpot before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, you can add Worcestershire sauce to the beef broth.
Garnish with parsley before serving for added color.
