- 2 pounds steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- In a large bowl, mix the steak pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
