Crockpot Sausage Corn Red Potatoes

This easy crockpot dish combines flavorful sausage with sweet corn and tender red potatoes for a delightful comfort food experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 4 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 pounds red potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Place the diced red potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the sausage on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder over the sausage.
  4. Add the corn and pour the chicken broth over the top.
  5. Dot with butter.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Stir well before serving.

Notes

  • You can switch out the sausage for chicken or turkey sausage for a lighter option.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables such as bell peppers or carrots.
