Crockpot Mississippi Beef Noodles

  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 6 pepperoncini peppers
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  3. Top with the stick of butter and pepperoncini peppers.
  4. Pour in the beef broth.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  6. Shred the beef with two forks and stir it back into the sauce.
  7. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and serve topped with the beef mixture.

  • This dish freezes well for up to 3 months.
