Crockpot Cheesy Ranch Chicken Tacos

A deliciously easy recipe for creamy, cheesy ranch chicken tacos made in a crockpot.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Add the cream cheese and chicken broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the cheddar cheese.
  6. Serve in taco shells and top with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
