- 1 medium head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and place them in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then crumble and set aside.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked.
- Add the rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chicken broth, salt, and pepper to the ground turkey and stir well.
- Pour the turkey mixture over the cabbage in the crockpot.
- Top with the crumbled turkey bacon.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the cabbage is tender.
