- 12 large jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the meat mixture and place in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, combine marinara sauce and heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Pour over the stuffed shells.
