- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
