- 1 pound crab meat
- 4 cups fish stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
