- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cooked until browned.
- Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
