- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 fillets salmon
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, then remove and set aside.
- In the skillet, add heavy cream and remaining butter, stirring until combined.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Meanwhile, sear the salmon fillets in a separate pan until cooked through.
- Plate salmon and top with creamy shrimp mixture, garnishing with parsley.

- For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
