- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add the garlic, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add the salmon fillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Combine shrimp back into the skillet, add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
