Creamy Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad

  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced celery, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve on a bed of greens or in a sandwich.
