  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, and turkey bacon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooled macaroni to the vegetable mixture.
  5. Pour the dressing over and mix until well coated.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve chilled.
