1 pound ground beef
12 ounces lasagna noodles
3 cups marinara sauce
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain the fat.
In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Layer the ingredients in the crockpot starting with a layer of marinara sauce, then noodles, beef, and cheese mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with sauce and mozzarella on top.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the noodles are tender and the cheese is melted.
