- 1 pound beef kielbasa, sliced
- 3 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
