Creamy Alfredo Cabbage

A creamy and delicious way to enjoy cabbage with a rich Alfredo sauce and crispy turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cabbage
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in chopped bacon, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Meanwhile, cut cabbage into wedges and steam until tender.
  7. Serve cabbage topped with Alfredo sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Use broccoli or cauliflower as a substitute for cabbage if desired.
