Classic Red White and Blue Cheesecake Cloud

A decadent and festive dessert perfect for summer celebrations.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs, blending until just combined.
  5. Stir in sour cream and mix well.
  6. Pour half the cheesecake mixture over the crust, then swirl in pureed strawberries. Add remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before adding blueberries on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh berries for the best flavor and presentation.
  • Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating.
