  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  6. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
