- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a cooked lasagna noodle on a flat surface, spread a portion of the chicken mixture on top, and roll it up.
- Place the rolled noodle in the baking dish seam-side down. Repeat with remaining noodles.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
