Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

Delight in a creamy and indulgent dish of Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls that combines tender lasagna noodles, flavorful chicken, and rich Alfredo sauce for a comforting meal.

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place a cooked lasagna noodle on a flat surface, spread a portion of the chicken mixture on top, and roll it up.
  6. Place the rolled noodle in the baking dish seam-side down. Repeat with remaining noodles.
  7. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider sautéing some spinach to mix in with the chicken filling.
