  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain the excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water as per the packet instructions. Stir well.
  4. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut into pieces to fit into a muffin tin.
  5. Press the biscuit pieces into the muffin tin to form cups.
