  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 loaf French bread, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking until the shrimp are pink.
  4. Place the French bread slices on a baking sheet and top each with the shrimp mixture.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
