  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic, and sour cream.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
