- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
