  • 2 medium yellow squash
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the squash into rounds and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, tossing to coat.
  4. Top each round with cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and Parmesan cheese.
