  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the cabbage head until the leaves are soft.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
  5. Add the shrimp and Cajun seasoning; cook until shrimp turn pink.
  6. Mix the shrimp mixture with cooked rice and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Carefully remove cabbage leaves and fill each with the shrimp mixture.
  8. Place stuffed cabbage cups in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes.
