4 medium potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat.
Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes before baking.
