  • 1 cup ham, chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, celery, and grapes.
  2. In another bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Layer the salad in a serving dish, starting with the chicken mixture followed by a layer of the dressing.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the dressing on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

  • For added crunch, consider adding chopped nuts.
