- 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Start by layering the iceberg lettuce in a large bowl.
