4th of July Cheesecake Lasagna: An Indulgent Summer Treat

Celebrate the 4th of July with this decadent cheesecake lasagna, a perfect dessert that combines layers of creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 3 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix well.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Fold in whipped topping until well incorporated.
  5. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, then add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  6. Pour half of the blueberry pie filling over the strawberries.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining cheesecake mixture, sliced strawberries, and blueberry pie filling.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
