Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package red Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cake (prepared and crumbled)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve red Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add cold water and stir well.
  3. In clear cups, layer crumbled cake, followed by the Jell-O mixture.
  4. Add a layer of whipped cream on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh blueberries and strawberries.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a more festive look, top with whipped cream just before serving.
