Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  • Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in egg, vanilla extract, orange extract, and orange zest.
  • Gradually mix in dry ingredients until combined.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough onto prepared sheet, create indentations, and fill with orange preserves.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
