  • 2 naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Place naan on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Assemble the Pizza:
    • Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan.
    • Layer with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  • Add Seasoning & Cheese:
    • Sprinkle feta cheese over the toppings.
    • Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake the Pizza:
    • Bake for 10-12 minutes until naan is crispy and toppings are heated through.
  • Finish & Garnish:
    • Drizzle with extra tzatziki sauce.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
