  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Hollow out the bread bowl, leaving a sturdy shell. Set aside the removed bread pieces for dipping.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, green onions, garlic, Old Bay, smoked paprika, and lemon juice.
  • Gently fold in the shrimp and crab meat.
  • Spoon the mixture into the bread bowl, ensuring it is evenly packed.
  • Place the bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until the filling is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  • Garnish with extra green onions and serve warm with reserved bread pieces, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

  • For extra crispness, pre-toast the bread bowl before filling.
  • Use gluten-free bread for a gluten-free option.
  • Add jalapeños or hot sauce for a spicy twist.
