– 1 cup cooked lentils (mashed)
– 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
– ½ onion (finely chopped)
– 2 garlic cloves (minced)
– ½ cup breadcrumbs or oat flour

– 1 tsp paprika
– ½ tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
