– 8 oz bowtie or rotini pasta
– ½ lb cooked shrimp (peeled, deveined)
– ½ lb cooked crab meat or imitation crab
– ½ cup celery (chopped)
– ¼ cup red onion (diced)
– ⅓ cup sweet bell peppers (diced)
– ¼ cup parsley (chopped)
– ½ cup mayonnaise
– ¼ cup Greek yogurt
– 2 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
– 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
– 1 tsp dried dill or 1 tbsp fresh dill
– Salt and pepper, to taste.
1. Cook pasta to al dente, drain, and rinse with cold water.
2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, shrimp, crab, celery, onion, bell peppers, and parsley.
3. Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, Old Bay, dill, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
