Pistachio Tiramisu

Pistachio Tiramisu is a deliciously indulgent take on the classic dessert, made with layers of creamy mascarpone and rich pistachios.

  • 1 cup pistachio nuts
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the pistachios until fine.
  2. In a bowl, combine mascarpone, ½ cup sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip the ladyfinger cookies briefly in coffee and layer them in a dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat the layers and finish with a sprinkle of pistachios.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use freshly brewed coffee.
  • You can adjust sugar levels according to your taste preference.
