  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 7 ounces pepper jelly

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion flakes, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Spread mixture in an oven-safe dish and bake for 15 minutes, until bubbly.
  • Melt pepper jelly in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour jelly over the baked cheese mixture. Spread evenly.
  • Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
