- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream, mixing until combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the crust.
- In a small saucepan, melt brown sugar and heavy cream over low heat. Stir in chopped pecans and pour on top of the cheesecake mixture.
