  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or shortening (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix shredded coconut, condensed milk, vanilla, salt, and powdered sugar into a sticky dough.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls; place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill for 30-45 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip chilled coconut balls into chocolate; return to the sheet.
  • Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
