– 12 oz rotini pasta
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 cup ranch dressing
– ½ cup sour cream
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup sweet corn
– ½ cup diced bell peppers
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– ¼ cup breadcrumbs
– 2 tbsp melted butter
1. Cook rotini pasta until al dente, drain.
2. Brown and season the ground beef, drain excess grease.
3. Mix ranch, sour cream, cheese, corn, and bell peppers. Add beef and pasta.
4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
5. Top with breadcrumb and melted butter mixture.
6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
