Lemon Ginger Iced Green Tea with Honey: Refreshing & Healthy

Honey ginger green tea

A refreshing and healthy drink combining green tea, lemon, ginger, and honey for detox and hydration.

Ingredients

– 4 cups water
– 3 green tea bags
– 1 tbsp fresh ginger, sliced
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
– Ice cubes
– Lemon slices (optional garnish)

Instructions

1. Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat.
2. Add green tea bags and ginger; steep for 5-7 minutes.
3. Remove tea bags and ginger; stir in honey until dissolved.
4. Add lemon juice and let cool to room temperature.
5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
6. Serve over ice; garnish with lemon slices if desired.

Notes

– Adjust sweetness and lemon to taste.
– Use fresh ginger for best flavor.
– Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
